The short answer

International visitors must complete Curaçao’s Digital Immigration Card. Use dicardcuracao.com; completing the official card is free. The portal says to complete it within the seven days before departure. It is separate from checking whether your passport and nationality require a visa.

Open the official DI-card portal

Start from the official address

Use the official portal linked below rather than choosing a paid advertisement because it appears first. You do not need to buy a travel product through this website to reach it. We link directly to the official service and do not collect passport numbers, identity scans or application payments.

Prepare each traveller’s details

Have the passport you will travel with, your trip information and an accessible email address ready. Each traveller needs their own card, including children. Check names and travel details before submitting. Then keep the confirmation available offline, so you are not relying on airport Wi-Fi or a working roaming connection.

A card is not a visa or admission guarantee

Immigration authorities make the admission decision. Check official travel requirements for your own nationality, residence and purpose of travel; a friend’s experience may not apply to you. The optional Express Pass is a separate process with its own eligibility rules. Do not assume that completing the DI card requires you to use that service.

Changed plans or a typing mistake?

Use the edit option on the official site and follow its current instructions. Save the corrected confirmation after making a change. If you cannot resolve a problem, contact the support address shown on the official portal. Avoid forwarding passport copies to unofficial social-media accounts offering to fix an application.

Gather the information before opening the form

Keep the passport and flight confirmation beside you rather than completing the form from memory. Have the first accommodation's name and address, arrival date and contact information ready. For a family, make a simple traveller checklist so nobody is accidentally omitted while one person handles all the administration.

Use the official portal linked in this article. If a search result sends you to another company, pause and verify whose service you are using before sharing passport details. A paid assistance website is not necessarily the government portal. Read what the current official form requests instead of following an old screenshot field by field.

Check a connection against the final arriving flight

An itinerary with a connection contains more than one flight number and departure point. Read each field carefully and use the flight information that the form actually asks for. Do not automatically enter the first flight in your journey wherever a flight number is requested. Your booking confirmation is useful because it shows the separate sectors clearly.

If the airline changes the itinerary, return to the portal's current instructions for corrections. Keep the latest arrival information together with the updated confirmation. Do the same when you change the first accommodation: a saved form is not a reason to keep using details you know are no longer correct.

Prepare a small offline arrival folder

Save the confirmation the portal provides, the accommodation contact and your arrival transport arrangements where you can reach them without mobile data. Give another travelling adult access to the essential information. A document stored only in an email inbox is less useful when a phone is flat or a connection is unavailable.

You do not need to keep passport information in a public shared folder. Use the device or storage arrangements you normally trust for travel documents. On arrival, follow staff instructions and present the documents requested for your circumstances. Completing a digital card does not replace checking the entry conditions associated with your nationality and travel document.

When to review everything again

Recheck the official requirements before departure, particularly after a passport renewal, a changed connection or a change in travelling companions. Leave enough time to resolve an error with the relevant provider. This guide explains a preparation process; the official portal and authorities determine the current form and admission requirements.
