The short answer

The official tourism authority directs commercial-air passengers to the free entry and exit e-ticket at eticket.migracion.gob.do. Prepare your flight and accommodation details before completing it. The form does not replace checking passport, visa or other entry conditions for your nationality and itinerary.

Use the government address

Type the official address or follow the link in the official tourism FAQ listed below. An advert or paid assistance service is not evidence that the government form itself costs money. Keep personal travel details in the official application; this website does not collect passport information or complete immigration forms for you.

Prepare the exact accommodation details

Ask your host for the full address rather than copying only a property nickname from a booking message. Keep the airline booking and accommodation confirmation together. After submitting, save the confirmation so you can retrieve it without airport Wi-Fi, and follow the official instructions if your flight or stay changes.

Keep airport and hotel transfers consistent

Send your driver the airport code, flight number, arrival date and full hotel address. Our country flight option is Punta Cana (PUJ), which is not a substitute for checking the best airport for your base. Before travelling, revisit the official requirements, particularly for connecting countries or when members of your group use different passports.

Separate the form from the rest of the journey

Completing the e-ticket is one preparation step. Keep your passport details, airline itinerary, accommodation confirmation and onward plans organised as well. Members of the same booking may have different document requirements depending on nationality or route, so avoid assuming one person's preparation covers the whole group.

If a connection involves another country, consult that country's official requirements separately. A document accepted for the Dominican Republic does not establish permission to transit elsewhere. Resolve questions with the relevant authority or airline before the departure day rather than relying on an informal social-media reply.

Prepare for an arrival without reliable data

Save the confirmation and hotel address in a form you can retrieve offline. Keep the driver's name, meeting instructions and contact information with the booking. If arrival is delayed, know who to notify and how long the transfer service waits under the conditions you purchased.

Ask a private host about key collection and late arrival. A villa, apartment and staffed hotel can handle a delayed flight differently. Having that answer beforehand is more useful than discovering at the airport that an informal meeting time has passed.

Departure deserves the same preparation

Follow the official e-ticket instructions for exit as well as entry, and check what to do if your flight changes. Confirm the airport code on the return ticket, since a country-wide holiday can finish far from where it began. Arrange the road journey and any rental return using the airline's current check-in instructions.

Keep sensitive documents in the official process and your own secure records. A travel guide can point you to the right government service, but it should not ask you to post passport information in a public comment or send it to an unrelated booking intermediary.
